To the President of the United States, Members of Congress, and all Governing Bodies:

We the people call upon you to recognize and take immediate action against the greatest human rights crisis in American history: The loss of over 300+ million pre-born children to surgical and chemical abortion since 1973. This death toll far exceeds the combined American casualties from every major war and terror attack in our nation’s history.

Our Constitution demands that the government protect all its people from enemies, both foreign and domestic.

Today, abortion providers, most IVF facilities, and their enablers constitute a domestic enemy, responsible for the deliberate and systematic extermination of innocent pre-born Americans. These atrocities have been normalized under the guise of healthcare, family planning and “personal choice,” but they represent an insidious attack on the inalienable right to life guaranteed by the 14th Amendment.

For context, let us reflect on the price of freedom paid in blood by American service members in wars throughout our history:

• World War I (1917–1918): Over 116,000 Americans sacrificed their lives in the fight for global stability.

• World War II (1941–1945): More than 400,000 Americans died defending the world from tyranny and genocide.

• Korean War (1950–1953): 36,000 American soldiers gave their lives to stem the tide of communism.

• Vietnam War (1955–1975): Over 58,000 Americans perished in the pursuit of freedom in Southeast Asia.

• Iraq War (2003–2011): Nearly 4,500 service members sacrificed their lives for the promise of peace and democracy in the Middle East.

• War in Afghanistan (2001–2021): Over 2,400 lives were lost in the fight against terrorism after the devastating attacks on September 11, 2001.

Combined, these wars claimed slightly over 600,000 American lives—a number surpassed many times over by the 300+ million pre-born children lost to abortion since Roe v. Wade in 1973. These 300+ million lives represent more than just statistics; they represent futures extinguished, dreams unrealized, and families torn apart.

We demand that the President, Congress, and all relevant Governing Bodies take immediate action to:

1. Acknowledge the abortion crisis as a modern-day holocaust that has caused the death of over 300 million innocent Americans.

2. Declare abortion providers and their enablers domestic enemies of the state, as their actions violate the inalienable right to life guaranteed by the Constitution.

3. Mobilize resources, including the Armed Forces, to protect pre-born children threatened by abortion with the same urgency as responding to external invasions, and other domestic terror attacks.

4. Expose and dismantle the propaganda narrative that fuels the abortion industry under the pretense of “women’s healthcare.”

5. Enact and enforce laws that provide comprehensive protections for pre-born children, ensuring that every life is treated as sacred and inviolable.

6. Place the “abortion pills” Mifepristone and Misoprostol on the controlled substance list and enact a national ban that will criminalize their production, use, and distribution, for the purpose of DIY abortions at home.

7. Cut off and outlaw all government funding of abortion on a federal and state level, to include any and all taxpayer money designated to fund these domestic enemies of the state. (currently known as abortion providers)

Throughout history, the United States has risen to defend liberty and protect the innocent. From the Revolutionary War, which secured our freedom, to the Civil War, which ended the atrocity of slavery, our nation has answered the call to confront great moral and human rights crises, acting as a leader and beacon of hope for countries around the globe.

Today, we face an equally profound challenge: To end the systematic destruction of pre-born lives and restore the sanctity of life as a cornerstone of our national identity.

If an external enemy claimed 300+ million innocent American lives, the response would be swift and decisive. Yet this internal war on our pre-born children has been allowed to continue for decades. Currently an average of 3,000 innocent pre-born children are being slaughtered every day on American soil. To keep things in perspective, this is the same death toll as the hideous and cowardly terror attacks on September 11, 2001…. Yet it is taking place EVERY SINGLE DAY.

We demand that you fulfill your constitutional duty and moral obligation to defend the right to life for ALL Americans, born and pre-born alike, no matter the stage of development, or manner of conception/fertilization.

Let us honor the great sacrifice of those who fought for our freedom by defending the most vulnerable among us and END this modern American holocaust!
